My name is Nicole and I am the owner and operator of I’d Wax That Salon. My main objective is to provide my client with a fast, thorough wax, while using techniques to reduce pain. I use high quality professional grade soft wax that is tough on hair, but gentle on skin. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible!

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance. I NEVER double dip, and the salon is wiped down with a medical grade disinfectant after each client. Tweezers and scissors are disinfected after each use. Nitrile gloves are always worn, even for eyebrow waxes.

I fully understand that waxing, especially a first time brazilian wax, can feel intimidating and embarrassing. It’s normal to be nervous. You can rest assured that I am highly skilled, and my salon is a friendly, judgement free environment. This is my specialty! I’m happy to answer any questions that you may have before, during, or after the service.

Who wants to waste time shaving?! Especially if you’re on vacation.. Or maybe you have kids banging on the door.. Or you have coarse hair that takes too long to shave in the shower.. Or you’re prone to irritation and ingrowns, waxing is a great solution for you. Instead of shaving, you can come in once a month to get results that last for 2 weeks.

Men and women can get any area of the body waxed. Brazilian waxing is the most requested service for women. For men, back and chest waxing are the most common, but men's Brazilian waxes are becoming very popular!

If you have a big event coming up, such as a wedding, I recommend waxing 2-3 months before the big day, and then at least 3 days before. This gives us some times to make sure that your skin reacts well to waxing. While major problems are rare, irritation and bumps are possible with some people after waxing, and I want to be absolutely sure you will not have any problems before your big event.

Many men get their backs waxed in summer and before vacations, so they feel more comfortable at the beach or pool. A back wax also includes the shoulders and down to where a t-shirt would fall on the upper arms. I do contouring on the front of the shoulders so your waxing looks as natural as possible. No more itchy regrowth from shaving! Waxing year round is also beneficial, so by the time summer rolls around, you already have less hair from consistent waxing.

Many more men are requesting Brazilian waxes. I am properly trained, and have performed a countless number of these services, with many men who come in for Brazilian waxes consistently. This service is not age or sexual orientation specific. Anyone can, and does, get waxed!

I can’t tell you that waxing is painless, but don’t give up! Your second wax will be faster and easier than your first. And over time, if you’re consistent, you will damage the root and follicle causing the hair to grow in less, and not have as strong of a hold to your skin. Waxing also exfoliates your skin, leaving it softer and smoother. You’ll never want to shave again!
